Our Goal: Gear You’re Proud to Wear

Every shirt we make is printed to order — no mass production, no boxes of leftovers. We create each one when you hit “buy.” That’s how we keep quality high and waste low. 

Because of that, we don’t do size swaps or returns for change of mind. But if something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right. Guaranteed.


If We Messed Up

If your shirt shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, send us a message within 7 days of delivery with:

 - Your order number

 - A quick photo of the issue

 - A short note on what went wrong

We’ll get a replacement printed and shipped, or issue a refund if that’s the better option.


If You Just Want a Different Size

Since every shirt is made on demand, we can’t accept exchanges or returns for sizing, fit, or style changes.
We recommend checking our size chart before ordering — trail runners come in all shapes, and our cuts reflect that.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

Stuff happens on the trail — and in shipping.
If your order gets lost or arrives beat up, reach out. We’ll track it down or get you a replacement on us.
